Navigate to Reports then Courses and select the Session Reports tab.

Apply filters by course type, date range, therapist, or session status: active, partially used, expired, or fully completed.

Review the Sessions Consumed versus Remaining chart to evaluate utilisation rates across all course types.

Open the Expiry Risk view to identify courses that will expire with unused sessions in the next 30 days.

Export the full report as CSV for detailed analysis or as a formatted PDF for the management meeting.
